1. Eligibility & User Account

2. Products, Sizing & Pricing

We strive to display our products, specifications, and colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your display screen and device settings, and we cannot guarantee that your display accurately reflects the physical product color.

• Dimensional Tolerance: In the mattress manufacturing industry, handcrafted layers and quilting may result in a size variation of ± 0.5 inches (12.7 mm). This standard variance is acceptable and does not constitute a defect.
• Custom Dimensions: Mattresses crafted to customer-specified non-standard dimensions cannot be exchanged or returned once production commences.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order on our Website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline your order in whole or in part for any reason, including product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We offer multiple secure payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized digital wallets through secure payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment partners to process the charge for your order.

4. Shipping & Doorstep Delivery

We provide delivery services across select pin codes and regions in India through reputed third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, regional holidays, or logistical constraints.

• Customers must inspect the external packaging at the time of delivery. If you notice severe damage or tampering, please make a note on the delivery proof of delivery (POD) receipt and contact our customer support within 48 hours.
• Doorstep delivery is provided up to the entrance of the ground floor or building threshold. Multi-story carrying where lifts are unavailable may be subject to logistics partner terms.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our policies regarding order cancellation, 100 Nights Trial, returns, and refunds are outlined in detail in our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth therein.

6. Warranty Coverage

Poppy mattresses come with standard limited warranties ranging between 5 and 10 years, depending on the model purchased. The warranty coverage details, inclusions, exclusions, and claim process can be found on our Warranty Registration & Claim page. Warranty claims require an official invoice, valid warranty card, and photographic evidence of the claimed manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, designs, animations, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of Poppy Mattress Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or display of any material without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could:

• Disable, overburden, damage, or impair the proper functioning of the site or its servers;
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or automated tool to extract data without written authorization;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Poppy Mattress;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poppy Mattress Private Limited and its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our Website, products, or services.

In any event, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.
